I've been tagged by Lauren for a list of 10 things about SK & AK.....
1. SK has the BEST imagination and vocabulary. Yesterday, after we made hot dog octopus for her class, she said "JB, that is amazing!" She can also role play for hours and require us to call her certain names and us to be called certain names.
2. AK TOOK HER FIRST STEPS TODAY!!!!! Woo-hoo! We were at the Jump Zone and she just took about 4 steps. Thankfully, Auntie Judy had her video camera ready. But, of course, she wouldn't do it again!
3. SK loves her things in order, thrives on routine and asks every morning, "What are we doing and where are we going." Hmmmm, wonder where she got that?!
4. AK can out eat SK at any meal, any time. Seriously, we've never seen anything like it. Forget formula, the girl wants meat and potatoes!
5. SK loves church, her friends at church, bible class and Jesus songs. Enough said.
I do get all choked up anytime we have Travis Cottrell on in the car and I look in the rear view mirror and see her singing word for word the chorus to In Christ Alone.
6. On that note, AK also adores Bible class and is known to just be moved by the spirit and shout out with excitement during the middle of her class! :)
7. I've mentioned this before, but, SK can order word for word my high-maintence Starbucks order. That is quality parenting!!!!
8. AK is finally cutting her first 2 teeth. At the same time. On the top!
9. SK loves babies, playing with babies and watching babies on TV. She adores our sweet baby friend Miss M and will talk to her just like a grown up. She gets all animated and changes her voice just like a little momma!
10. AK idolizes SK. I really never knew it would happen so young. But she wants to be with SK all. the. time! She loves her room, her toys, her vioce, everything about her.
