We spent time in Texas seeing friends and meeting two of the most adorable new babies! I LOVED getting to have coffee with my sweet friend from college (and bloggy friend) Laura. It was so good to see her even if it was only for an hour!
We also got to meet our new cousin who is two weeks younger than AK, baby Emma. Unfortunately, the pics I have of Emma include two screaming babies! The girls had so much fun playing at Emma's house and meeting her mommy Chris and aunt Carrie.
We also were able to spend time with my high school (and bloggy) friend Kim and her new baby Brady. Kim bought the girls the most adorable teddy bears that have pink glitter shirts on that say TEXAS! Thank you! And, she planned a whole gingerbread house decorating party. Not the cheesy milk carton houses, like SK has made before, but, the real deal! It was so fun and SK ate much more frosting than she ever put on her house! We took it back to Poppa's and between SK and the other cousins it lasted about 24 hours! Thank you Kim and Brady for so much fun! We cannot wait to see you again soon!
