Monday - Auntie sent the girls the cutest Haunted House to decorate. The girls had a blast putting the candy all over the house. Thank you Auntie!
Tuesday - We were "Boo'd" by a mystery friend right before we went to Texas. SK guessed (in this order) that we were boo'd by Jackson, Caroline or Lexi. (She still doesn't know who did it!). So, we decided to "Boo" Caroline and Mary Elizabeth on Tuesday night. SK was sooooo excited to do this we went a little too early the first try and they weren't home. We went back at dark and had lots of fun ringing their doorbell and screaming "BOO" before we ran to the get-away car with Adam waiting to drive us away.
Wednesday - Our Music with Mommie class had Costume Class on Wednesday. This was the first time the girls got to put thier costumes on this Halloween. I love the picture of SK and Adam. She said he was her Prince Charming, then changed it to Beast to get it right for Belle! AK is wearing a clown outfit that has been passed down for either 35 or 36 years on Adam's side of the family. We also had Karlyn and Macie over for Halloween cookie decorating after nap. We had fun with our friends but, could not get a great picture of 4 cuties under the age of 4!
Thursday - Today was the girl's costume parade and Halloween parties at school. AK L.O.V.E.D. the idea of a parade and waving to everyone. SK did not! :) My assistant, Kara and I dressed as a doctor and nurse. Fun times! Thursday night, we had our 2nd Annual Fox Family Pumpkin Party. All 5 little cousins came dressed in their costumes and Trick-or-Treated in our living room for grandparents, great grandparents, aunts and uncles. We had a chili supper with a few 'spooky' treats then let the big girls carve and paint pumpkins.
Friday - We had a fun dinner with the Denny's on Friday night then Trick=or-Treated in their neighborhood. The mommies to the girls Trick-or-Treating and the daddies handed out candy. Well, they 'nicely' handed out candy to the little kids and gave stickers and candy wrappers to 'big' kids! :) AK REALLY caught on to the concept of Trick-or-Treating. She quickly figured out if she said "twik tweat' people would give her candy. She LOVED this new game! Most of her candy did not make it into the bucket, instead she tried to eat the candy, wrapper and all!!! SK had asked several weeks ago about what Trick-or-Treating was (poor little country girl!), so we were very excited to get to go in a big neighborhood. Thank you Denny's for a great evening!
